Shipping is free, but please note that import/duty taxes might be required at delivery in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, some European countries. We are not responsible for this, as it is required by some countries and it is usually $92 to $153+, depending on the doll. Buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.

  • We ship products through reliable shippers (DHL/FEDEX/UPS).
  • Fraud prevention rules prevent us from shipping to any address other than the verified billing address. You however may have your package held for pickup at your nearest DHL, FedEx, or UPS once you receive your tracking number.
  • Your doll will be delivered directly to your doorstep (unless you contact DHL/FedEx/UPS to hold for pickup) in a discreet plain, unmarked cardboard box.
  • Customs Agents may open and inspect your doll during transport.
  • It is the responsibility of the Buyer make sure that the product purchased is allowed and legal in the Buyer’s country. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND IF YOUR PRODUCT IS CONFISCATED BY CUSTOMS. Please contact local customs for clarification if you are unsure about the laws.
  • A signature is required for delivery.
Order Confirmation

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from Safe Sex Dolls. We review each and every order manually to ensure that all of the customization options are in order and that the doll you have ordered will meet your expectations. Please reply to this email to let us know that everything is accurate and that there are no mistakes.

Once you have replied to our confirmation email letting us know that everything is accurate, we start the manufacturing process. After confirmation of your order details, the order cannot be canceled for any reason.

Order Shipment

Due to holidays, festivities or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.

Shipment is discreet and signature is required for delivery to ensure it is received by the right person.

We Respect Your Privacy

Your privacy is our main goal. All packages are delivered in discreet packaging; additionally, customer details are sealed within our privacy policy. 

There is no specific indication or labeling on the box that reveals the contents inside.

Your doll will be labeled “mannequin” (for customs clearance).

Billing statement on your credit card will show a charge from SSDOLLS or “AppZoot Inc“. (our legally registered parent company)

Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.

If you do not want to receive the order at your home, you can always have it held for pickup at a FedEx store (US orders) or DHL store (rest of the world) and you can pick it up there at your convenience. Once you receive your tracking number simply contact the shipping company (UPS/DHL/FedEx) and arrange to have it held for pickup at your nearest location. Photo ID and signature are required for delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

Products that are offered for sale via the Website are made-to-order for each Buyer by the respective Sellers. Accordingly, the following applies to refunds and returns for any Products purchased by a Buyer:

  1. Orders may be cancelled by the buyer within 24 hours from the time of purchase for a refund which will be applied to the buyers original method of payment and there will be a 20% restocking fee. AppZoot Inc. must receive the cancellation request within the 24 hour period with no exceptions.
  2. AppZoot Inc. will confirm order details via email with Buyer, if Buyer confirms the order details as correct, starting from that moment the order cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason. If Buyer wants to modify, edit or upgrade the order he has to reach out AppZoot Inc. asap in order to request the changes and to see if the changes are possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but there are no guarantees.
  3. Once the product is shipped to the buyer, THE SALE IS FINAL, and it cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.
  4. No returns are accepted under any circumstances. All sales are final. Due to the nature of sex toys, returns are not allowed for any reason.

Returns and Exchange

Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.

If your shipment is damaged upon delivery please take photos of damage of outside packaging and photos of damage done to the doll and file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately.
