1. Do you really provide free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping to all Europe, USA, Canada, and most other countries.

However, our products are shipped from abroad and some countries have extra import or duty taxes such as (Canada and Europe).

2. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 2-3 weeks to receive your order. Shipping time is 7-10 days. So it usually takes less than 30 business days for you to receive your order (but will depend on the doll type and shipping destination)

3. Where can I track my order?

Once the product is ready and has shipped (usually 5-7 days after your order) we will send you a tracking number via email and it will also show up on your My Account page on the website. Just have your OrderID and Email from your order confirmation email ready and you can track your order on our Track Order Page.

4. What company do you use for shipping?

Safe Sex Dolls usually uses FedEx, but sometimes we use UPS or DHL depending on your shipping address and location.

5. What are your return and exchange policy?

No returns are accepted under any circumstances. All sales are final. Due to the nature of sex toys, returns are not allowed for any reason. You may cancel your order prior to work being started on your doll, but there is a 20% restocking fee. Work commences upon payment clearing and once your doll is in production your order can not be cancelled.

6. How do I change my shipping address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address please notify us immediately so that we can make the adjustment before the order is shipped.

8. What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address please notify us immediately so that we can make the adjustment before the order is shipped. We cannot ship to you if your shipping address is different from your billing address.

9. Do you ship to my country?

We ship our products worldwide (except Muslim countries), however, there might be some restrictions in certain countries.

Shipping is included, but in some countries, extra import taxes might apply sometimes in case there is a customs inspection (e.g. Canada, Europe, some countries in South America). Please reach out to us if you have any question.

10. Will anyone knows I purchased a doll?

  • Your privacy is our main goal. All packages are delivered in discreet packaging; additionally, customer details are sealed within our privacy policy.
  • There is no specific indication on the box that reveals the contents inside.
  • Your doll will be labeled “mannequin” (for custom clearance).
  • Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.
  • Your billing statement on your credit card will show a charge from either SSDOLLS or “AppZoot Inc.” (our legally registered parent company).

If you do not want to receive the order at your home, you can always have it held for pickup at a FedEx store (US orders) or DHL store (rest of the world) and you can pick it up there at your convenience. Once you receive your tracking number simply contact the shipping company (UPS/DHL/FedEx) and arrange to have it held for pickup at your nearest location.

Photo ID and signature are required for delivery.

11. I ordered a doll but I changed my mind.

Usually, we can’t stop orders after 24-48 of submission, so please let us know asap and we’ll see if we can modify your order. If it is possible to stop your order there will be a 20% restocking fee. Work commences upon payment clearing.

12. Does the doll come with clothes?

The doll will come with a randomly chosen piece of lingerie, but the dolls do not come with the outfit shown in our images.

13. What materials are your dolls made of?

We offer high-quality medical silicone dolls and TPE dolls, read the dolls descriptions to understand more about every specific model or please contact us.

Our dolls also have a flexible and fully articulated posable skeleton that will allow you to use them in any position you ever imagined.

All our dolls have been sculpted by experienced sculptors and created to provide realistic sexual pleasure. Their bodies simulate lifelike vagina, anal, and oral sex openings (oral for TPE and a few silicone models only).

Both TPE and silicone are waterproof.

14. Do sex dolls contain any toxic materials or chemicals?

TPE and silicone dolls do not contain any harmful, toxic, or itchy material or chemicals. TPE and Silicone dolls are sterilized and made with similar components as sex toys.

If you had any allergic to silicone in the past, we won’t recommend you using a sex doll.

15. Where are the dolls and products shipped from?

Our custom dolls are typically shipped directly from China from our manufacturers straight to our customer’s country and then to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Dolls and products from our in-stock inventory that are not customized will be shipped from our warehouse in Canada (this will be noted on the product page).
